Mr. Clark is the USA Representative for the Development of Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program.  TechReadySC Liaison for the Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program (Germany).; Developer for Instructor Certifications in Mechatronics Systems; and serves as the co-leader for apprenticeship seminars to Germany. Randy is a member of Kentucky Industrial Education Association (Life Member); American Vocational Association; and Kentucky Education Association. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Education and a Rank I Certification in Secondary Education, Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, KY and a Master of Science, Industrial Technology (Industrial Electronics), Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, KY. He also holds the Siemens Teaching Certification for Mechatronics Systems Level I Level 2, and the Siemens Certification to Conduct the Instructor Certification Program.  His Company is also a Certified Siemens Certification Program Partner.

Dr. Wise

Dr. Wise

Dr. Wise is the business manager of the Greater Louisville Building & Construction Trades Council, AFL-CIO. He is responsible for the daily operations of a building trades labor council which represents 15 international unions and 9,000 rank-and-file members. During his tenure as business manager, Dr. Wise has initiated a construction training program to introduce minorities to careers in the construction industry and has co-established an apprenticeship exchange seminar with industry, educational institutions, craft guilds and labor unions in Germany. Dr. Wise holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a M.B.A. from Bellarmine University and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His dissertation was titled “Multiple Commitment in a Multi-Employer Environment”.
